Everything was excellent, fairly clean hotel, good and beautiful location to a restaurant close by. The rooms were all great-sized with a view. The staff was supper friendly & exceptionally nice.

I was offered a room with amazing views of the mountain. The location was great and fantastic for traveling around Colorado Springs, right by `` garden of the gods ''. It also was to work a printer in the business centre❤🙂

We had a situation with a staff member who was very rude and management was extremely responsive to the situation. The hotel also had excellent room service.

I was very unhappy that I paid $118+tax for a room that had no internet access, even when using a cable. I would have liked to have been prepared for my meetings the next morning. I can pay $50 at the local motel and still get free wifi at least.

Spent here 1 pleasant day and would absolutely stay here again. I really enjoyed looking at the mountain from the window of the suite.

The location offers stunning views. The pizza at the restaurant is amazing. The staff was helpful with parking our trailer. The hotel experience was the best yet. The swimming pool is nice. The breakfast buffet is good. The hotel is clean and upscale. The distance from downtown is just right. The employees are all helpful and friendly. There is plenty of parking available. The hot tub was not working the first night but was fixed later.

Everyone was very friendly the location was great the food was excellent. I was able to get a room per my request. The only negative was the sink in my room didn't drain well and the feather pillows were a bit flat. I used 3. Otherwise excellent.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, with the beautiful Garden of the Gods just a short distance away. Even though I didn't have a car, I was able to enjoy all the amenities this hotel has to offer. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee amenities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff here are exceptional, from the friendly receptionist who checked us in with a warm smile to the attentive servers in the restaurant who made dining a delightful experience. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and safety measures taken by the hotel, giving me peace of mind during my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The friendly and courtious service from everyone. Excellent food, great view, great price, clean and comfortable. We plan to come again.
