The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed, providing a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and professional, and the early check-in was a pleasant surprise. The view of the mountains was stunning, enhancing my overall experience.
Concierge service was unavailable on weekends, which detracted from the overall experience.

elegant atmosphere but needs maintenance
The lobby exudes elegance, featuring great staff who truly enhance the experience. I enjoyed the local beer on tap at the bar, which was a lovely touch during my visit.
The elevator brass was dirty and had visible scuffs.

Breathtaking Mountain Views and Great Breakfast
I recently stayed for 4 nights and was blown away by the stunning views of Pikes Peak from my room. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the pancakes – probably the best I've ever had! The staff were attentive and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. One downside was the dining options in the restaurant. they could use some menu improvements.

The breakfast buffet impressed with superb food, especially the pancakes, which were the best I've ever had. The location offers stunning views and cozy areas to relax, enhanced by a friendly and attentive staff. However, the elevators need maintenance, as they appeared dirty and scuffed, and the gym facilities could be better. Additionally, certain areas of the hotel feel a bit worn-down, affecting the overall ambiance despite its elegance.

The location is fantastic! We enjoyed stunning views of the mountains and loved the nearby hiking trails. Plus, the facilities, like the coffee bar, were excellent and provided a cozy atmosphere to unwind after our family adventures.
In my kids’ opinion, the pool should be functional for families, as they were really looking forward to swimming during our stay.

Just a great match for a brief stop-in in Colorado Springs with real value for money. The exercise center had a few treadmills, which was perfect for getting some quick workouts in. Make sure to take advantage of the free self-parking.

The location was fantastic along with the comfort and stylish room. However, my stay was marred by a frustrating check-in process that took far too long, especially after traveling all day. While the room itself was comfortable, the lack of requested features made the experience feel disappointing. I'd recommend considering other options for a smoother experience.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff
We enjoyed our stay in a spacious guest room where the kids had plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with fresh options every morning. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for their attentiveness and helpful local recommendations. Be sure to ask about nearby attractions!

Family with children will enjoy
The staff was personable, especially that Teresa at the front desk, she made sure we got dinner even though we arrived late. She treated us like we were royalty, always checking in on us with a warm smile.

missingWrote a review on Jul 06friendly staffgreat lobbyclose proximitylack storage
We loved being close to Adventure Golf and Batting Cages and Colorado Technical University. The lobby was great, and the staff was super friendly. Pro tip for future guests, the gym is pretty standard, but it's a great base for exploring the stunning nature around here.
We did have some issues with overbookings, and we were put in a handicap room that lacked storage and comfortable seating for our stay, which made it a bit awkward.

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and the staff, especially Mike at the bar, provided great service. However, the room was lacking in some maintenance, like a broken refrigerator door and a shower that didn't drain well. Good location with beautiful views, but could use improvements.
